From 9 to 14 July 2023 we will go to Livigno in Valtellina — known as the Little Tibet of the Alps due to the conformation of its very open and wide valley at 1800 m. — a regenerating holiday that will give you the opportunity to practice yoga immersed in the wonderful Alps landscape as well as visit the beautiful Stelvio National Park.
During the day there will be plenty of time for walks, excursions with guides, or simple relaxation in the beautiful SPA of the Hotel Lac Salin. The program includes picnics in some suggestive places to discover the alpine fauna and flora.
The holiday is conducted by Paola Faini, founder of the Integral Yoga® Shanti Milano Center with the prestigious presence of Swami Asokananda, president of the Integral Yoga® Institute of New York.

— Swami Asokananda
Monk since 1973, is one of Integral Yoga’s foremost teachers, known for his warmth, intelligence, and good humor. His teaching comes out of his own practice and experience, since he has absorbed the wisdom of his guru, Sri Swami Satchidananda, since the age of 19. While he enjoys sharing the practical wisdom of the Yogic philosophy (especially that of the great Indian scripture the Bhagavad Gita), he also loves his practice of Hatha Yoga and is one of our primary instructors for Intermediate and Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. In the past, he has served as the president of Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville® and Integral Yoga® International; he is currently the President of the New York Integral Yoga Institute.

She approaches Yoga in 1992. The love for Yoga brings her to her spiritual Master, Sri Swami Satchidananda in 1995. After this encounter, she lives at the Ashram in Yogaville for more than a year (1997-1998) and regularly comes back there, offering her service in different Teacher Training Courses and Programs. She is an Integral Hatha Yoga, Raja, and Meditation teacher, and a certified trainer for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Hatha Yoga, recently also for Children and Prenatal Yoga. In 1999 she opens a Yoga Center in Milan with other yoga friends, and in 2005 she founds the “Centro Integral Yoga Shanti”, the first Integral Yoga center in Italy.
